The school lunch

food which has high nutritional value. It is regarded as a necessary component
for children’s growth and prevents children from getting sick.

what does a healthy lunch taste like? Before you choose what to eat for
lunch, you should know what is important for your health. Try to balance your
lunch. Having different kinds of food gives your body a variety of nutrients.
What should we do
when we are eating? Sit upright
and concentrate on eating. Don’t pick out the food you don’t like. Try to look
at your lunch meal, smell it, chew for 30 times and swallow
slowly.
