  The school lunch is in the middle of the school day and provided to the students at school. There are various kinds of school lunch programs at Happy Elementary School.

  School lunch supplies us with high energy food which has high nutritional value. It is regarded as a necessary component for children’s growth and prevents children from getting sick.

  So, what is the right food for you and what does a healthy lunch taste like? Before you choose what to eat for lunch, you should know what is important for your health. Try to balance your lunch. Having different kinds of food gives your body a variety of nutrients.

  What should we do when we are eating? Sit upright and concentrate on eating. Don’t pick out the food you don’t like. Try to look at your lunch meal, smell it, chew for 30 times and swallow slowly.

  Don’t you feel hungry now? Don’t worry about it. It’s lunch time. Sit in the classroom and get ready to enjoy your lunch with your classmates.
